EDUCA BORRAS SAU, the result of the merger in 2000 between the most prestigious companies in the sector, Borras Plana (1894) and Educa Sallent (1967), incorporates some of the best-known brands in the game, puzzle and activities market, and is a leader in several of the product categories in which it participates.

EDUCA BORRAS SAU, the flagship company in the Educa Borras Group, has continued to grow both organically and through its acquisitions: FÁBRICA DE JUGUETES, SLU (1972) in Ibi (Alicante) in 2011 and NINCO DESARROLLOS, SL (1993) in Barcelona acquired in 2018. In January 2021 the two subsidiaries merge into FDJ NINCO, SLU to optimize operations. The factory in Ibi makes role-play products such as kitchens, supermarkets, nurseries and outdoor garden houses and ride-ons under the brand CHICOS. The new company has the widest range of slot racetracks and remote control cars designed in Spain but imported from China.

The EDUCA BORRAS Group is one of the key players in the games sector and has a consolidated business both in Spain and internationally, as it exports over 55% of its turnover to 75 different markets, mostly based on products produced in its factories in Barcelona and Ibi.
